Capri Jewelry offers a hassle-free 30-day money back guarantee on NON Special Order items. Please refer to the Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges Policy for further instructions.
RETURN, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES POLICY
In the event that you need to return or exchange any item(s) ordered, a Return or Exchange Authorization is required prior to sending any merchandise back to Capri Jewelry. Items returned or exchanged cannot be worn or tampered with, and must in include the original invoice, tags, and packaging. Please call (213) 627-0459, or email service@CapriJewelryInc.com to aquire your return or exchange authorization number. Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of ordering the merchandise. We must receive the item back at our offices within 30-days from when you received your package. The refund issued will be the full amount paid for the item, minus the fees incurred by Capri Jewelry when initially shipping your order.
Please Note: Special Order items are NOT REFUNDABLE due to the specific nature of the request. Special order Items are those which are not listed on our website.
If your order was made with a credit card, bank wire, or paypal we will credit your account or mail a refund check within 14 business days. Credits to your account should show on your next billing statement/cycle depending on your issuing bank.
